I am Italian and currently live in Italy but I spent a good part of my professional life abroad, UK, US, Germany and France. I am a CS university professor and industry consultant. I used to play chess during high school and now I am active in Internet (ICCF)correspondence playing. I am strong believer in Closed Sicilians, particularly against 2... d6 Sicilian. Against 1 e4 I always reply 1 e5, and against 1 d4 I play the Modern Benoni.
