| I'm pretty much a beginner. I stopped playing around 1981, but started back again in the summer of 2009, I think. I learned again how to play from the wonderful two-course instructions at http://www.hadley.edu. I have since joined the United States Blind Chess Association and have met some very nice people. I'm wanting to learn how to study and play better. I seem to have trouble blundering because I forget to look everywhere on the board or get caught up in what I want to do too much. Someone told me I need to learn tactics, so that's what I am trying to do. |
