lupko: No comments yet? Very nice tactical maneuver by Karpov.

Sep-29-14 Polugaevsky vs Petrosian, 1956 (replies)

lupko: I don't remember I've seen a game with more mismatched exchanges, it's very exciting to play through it. I expected more comments.

   Jul-01-12 Karpov vs O Dementiev, 1971

lupko: I guess the next White's move would be 44.Nd5. If white captures the knight with his queen in that position, 45.Rc7+ Rxc7, 46.Rxc7+ and for any move of Black's king 47.Qe7 would lead to win. And in case he doesn't take the knight, the same sequence of White's moves with his rooks ...

May-21-12 Anand vs Gelfand, 2012 (replies)

lupko: All this discussion about using computers in order to find mistakes or criticize moves played by grandmasters started when i commented the move 32. I think it lead to some unnecessary and pointless debate. When i went through the game, on move 32 I just spotted the move d2 in a ...

   Feb-13-12 J Szily vs Gligoric, 1948 (replies)

lupko: What is time for chess? It looks like we deal with ghosts. The game was played in 1948, a comment is put in 2005, and the reply on it in 2010.. How spectral..

   Feb-08-12 Karpov vs K Rogoff, 1971 (replies)

lupko: thegoodanarchist: in fact, after Qf6 g5 traps the queen

Dec-27-11 Woodpusher vs Jonny, 2011 (replies)
