   Dec-12-10 The World vs N Pogonina, 2010 (replies)

pacorrum: most boring CGC so far

   Sep-21-10 N Pogonina vs The World, 2009 (replies)

pacorrum: This game is as a masterpiece of strategy. I had no idea GM Pogonina was this good.

   Dec-12-09 D Howell vs Carlsen, 2009 (replies)

pacorrum: It's not a zero sum game in this tournament.

   Jul-13-09 meloncio chessforum (replies)

pacorrum: Hi Meloncio I'm also from Sevilla although I don't live there any more. I used to play for the team Las DueƱas, and you? <Meloncio: The banner caption says: "Do you see us? We are still up!". Great!> :) the other city team has just dropped to the second league...

   Jul-12-09 M Umansky vs The World, 2009 (replies)

pacorrum: IMO pgn posting should not, as a rule, be allowed in the main forum. No offence intended to those who produce them, but I think that they are taking up an overdue quota of space. Not only does it clutter the main page, but it is also absolutely disruptive of any verbal analysis ...

   Jun-27-09 Rybka vs Shredder, 2009 (replies)

pacorrum: This game should become a classic! Among other, I think that the "quiet" move 11.Qd1 is very difficult to find.

   Apr-17-09 W Schmidt vs P Enders, 1981 (replies)

pacorrum: This game deserves to be better known.

   Apr-17-09 A Romero Holmes vs B Kantsler, 2002 (replies)

pacorrum: Just as a curiosity, were the black rook on b8 instead of e8 it would be a very nice mate for black: 44... Rb1+ 45.Kh2 Rh3+! 46.Kxh3 Rh1+ 47. Kg3 Qg4 ++ (46.gh is also mate).

   Mar-01-09 Arno Nickel (replies)

pacorrum: <GM Nickel>, regarding what you may consider offensive posts, and aside of the presence of trolls or plainly unpolite people, you have also to consider this: as a collective brain, we cant afford the luxus of being diplomatic all the time, if it is at the expense of ...

   Feb-25-09 A Nickel vs The World, 2008 (replies)

pacorrum: As I see it the main success of Black was to hold back from attacking on the Qside... which would have favoured GMAN because of his better rook coordination. This is the best lesson I've got from this game.
