   Sep-11-09 H Multhopp vs J Gonzales, 2000 (replies)

ryanpd: Black probably lost on time. White's last chance for a win was 26. h5! As for the final position, black is better. Analysis by Rybka 3 1-cpu 32-bit: 32...Qxd2+ 33.Rxd2 Rxe8 34.Kxh3 Re3+ 35.Kg4 Ke6 36.Rh2 b6 37.h5 gxh5+ 38.Rxh5 Re1 39.Rh2 d5 40.Kf3 Kf6 41.Kf2 Rc1 42.Ke3 Rf1 ...

   Aug-27-07 C Goering vs Anderssen, 1877 (replies)

ryanpd: <ahmadov: I think today's strongest programmes are Rybka and Deep Junior.> Actually, today's strongest program is Rybka. There is no need to mention Deep Junior

   May-30-07 S Agdestein vs Adams, 1994 (replies)

ryanpd: Couldn't Adgestein have played this a move earlier?

Jan-02-07 Rybka vs Fruit, 2006 (replies)

ryanpd: Lots of nice tactics in this game.

Jan-02-07 Rybka vs Jonny, 2006 (replies)

ryanpd: This is true. Rybka used no special settings in this tournament. In my opinion, attempting to do "anti-computer" strategies in an engine is a bad idea. Rybka is designed to be the best analysis engine possible, and that seems to have worked well for her playing strength too.

Dec-30-06 The King vs Rybka, 2006 (replies)

ryanpd: One of the most incredible games played by a computer. This should be in Rybka's best games list!

   Oct-02-06 F Teed vs E Delmar, 1896 (replies)

ryanpd: Rybka does not think 6...e6 is as strong: 7. Bg6+ Ke7 8. exf4 h4 9. fxg5! hxg3 10. fxg3, where black's severe problems with development give compensation for the piece.

   May-23-06 6th International CSVN Tournament (2006) (replies)

ryanpd: <cotdt> Can you give me an example of a top engine that performs "average" against the typical GM?

Apr-18-06 Kramnik vs Topalov, 2005 (replies)

ryanpd: Analysis using Rybka in PGN format: [Event "Blitz:4'+2""] [Site "?"] [Date "2005.03.21"] [Round "3"] [White "V Kramnik"] [Black "V Topalov"] [Result "1-0"] [ECO "C88"] [WhiteElo "2754"] [BlackElo "2757"] [Annotator "Rybka 1.1 32-bit (90s)"] [PlyCount
