steve alford: My guess is that white was running out of time, because there was NO GOOD REASON to resign. Kg2 is NOT a losing move. If Tal responds with Re3, threatening the queen... GOOD FOR TAL, but who cares... he still loses. The only reason for white to resign here is if Tal had a HUGE ...
