taroak: Is it me or was 6.....Nf6 the cause of all the problems for black? It made white's game very easy. I think anyone with a rating over 1600 and a little understanding of the opening as well as open games could find these moves.

taroak: Fischer once played 1.c4 against Oscar Panno. It was a shame that Panno did not show up too play, though. Fischer often played 1. b3 and the position would sometimes look similar to the Bird later.
