20.Nxd3?? was probably played because the alternative 20.cxd4 would be answered by 20...Bxf3 with a poor position. After 44...Nxd5+, white did not resign immediately: he actually played 45.Kb3 which was followed by 45...g3 46.h3 (if 46.Nd4+,Ke4 and a pawn queens). ... |
