   Sep-17-14 C Sielecki vs Lautier, 2001

weltschmertz: white must have lost on time, because in the final position he is clearly winning.

weltschmertz: <lamont: she played many games w/ him, & is too much the classy lady to even hint at who won or lost how many games.> howdy lamont. you are in error on this point. fischer never played judith polgar... he played many games of fischer-random with susan polgar, to whose ...

weltschmertz: actually rolfo one can reasonable conjecture from the photos on chessbase that the nosh in front of magnus was provided by kasparov and his staff, and i fear it is laced with lead and mercury, so that poor magnus innocently nibble's to his mind's ruin.

weltschmertz: <Ed Trice> you say you've met polgar and truong and that they are "outstanding individuals"... so i wonder: what brand of homebrew clairvoyance are you brewing up in that wizard's lair of yours that allows you to see through to someone's hidden character so easily? it ...

Jun-27-07 Kramnik vs Carlsen, 2007 (replies)

weltschmertz: 22... Re8 looks bad... maybe black should try to drum up some activity against the white king with Bd6 and h5... also, what about sacking the exchange on move 24... and picking up the b pawn... of course these ideas are probably wrong.. i'm sure magnus considered them.

   Jan-30-07 Caruana vs J Dworakowska, 2007 (replies)

weltschmertz: yes, but probby the game score is wrong. it's hard to believe they both missed such a simple mate.
