May-07-06 Keene vs Miles, 1973 (replies)

ycensor: Certainly an instructive game for Tony Miles.

ycensor: I didn't like the track. I didn't like the post. I think purely on the merits of this post, I couldn't just roll over.

Apr-19-06 Portisch vs Kasparov, 1981 (replies)

ycensor: Young Garry is certainly quite resourceful. ('He threatened to mop the floor with our faces, and none of would be saved...') Yet it's nice to see somebody finally not afraid to take those hanging pawns. Garry just manages to escape by a nostril.

Apr-19-06 Kasparov vs Petrosian, 1981 (replies)

ycensor: I'm the decider here, and I've decided that donny rumsfeld is staying" It goes without saying that White 'had compensation' here. And this game was mentioned in the Test of (deadline) Time'.

Apr-19-06 Geller vs Kasparov, 1981 (replies)

ycensor: 15 Nxe7+! ...

   Apr-19-06 Kasparov vs K Lerner, 1979 (replies)

ycensor: 'Why don't you ask Karpov about drugs? 'He's had a lot of experience with them.'

   Apr-03-06 G H Bennett vs Speelman, 1973 (replies)

ycensor: A loss on time perhaps. White's position doesn't look clearly lost after 37 Ke2.

   Apr-03-06 Speelman vs C Hoi, 1973

ycensor: OK, 9...Bb4?! 10 Qe2? d4 11 a3 Ba5 12 b4 Nxb4 - dropping two pawns for White - Jeez!

   Apr-03-06 M Stean vs Speelman, 1974

ycensor: 20 b5? - a move with long-term bad consequences.

   Apr-03-06 J Mestel vs Speelman, 1974

ycensor: For heaven's sake, I thought that Speelman was White here! The comments still seem to apply.
