zaxcvd: Hans movie as described above would be boring. Much better would be to reveal the truth - that might come out in a few years. That he was a blatant cheater who cheated continuously in live an online game even after the lawsuit was resolved and even when he was being checked with ...

zaxcvd: Bye lips....maybe work on allowing people with vpns to access this site...

   Aug-22-23 S A Jones vs T Kanyamarala, 2023

zaxcvd: In that case we cannot determine anything from Nxc4 - inconclusive at this point. To prove cheating would require analysis of earlier moves in conjunction with entire history of player's moves to determined likelihood of choosing specific moves. In any case point is you cannot ...

zaxcvd: Cheating tech is definitely undetectable. Posters here seem naively unaware of what is possible. Totalitarian measures would be needed so yes not just dueling pistols but armed guards with machine guns ! Live chess events need same security as in airports...otherwise the **upsets** ...

zaxcvd: was the cheating method ever revealed? Or similar to Hans - never caught redhanded?

Jul-22-23 Bullet Chess Championship (2023) (replies)

zaxcvd: Top GM level Classical chess quality in 1970s and before is probably same quality as current slow blitz or fast rapid e.g. 10+5s 5+6s played btw modern Gms. Magnus at 10min vs Fischer at classical probably comparable in skill. modern computers make todays faster players much ...

   Jun-20-23 Superbet Blitz Poland (2023)

zaxcvd: as long as there are no seniors playing chess strength can be determined by 5 minute chess, yes...With older players you need to increase time control to at least rapid chess ...Magnus and younger ...5 minutes is good enough...chess has already evolved.

Jun-08-23 Giri vs Nakamura, 2023 (replies)

zaxcvd: silly format using a draw in computer prepared antiquated chess (which is technically not real chess) to justify another abomination. Why not just use rapid /slow blitz games - much more indicative of chess ability than classical + Armageddon

   Jun-08-23 11th Norway Blitz (2023)

zaxcvd: with enough games at this time control - say 64 games - head to head using this TC is a better indicator of chess strength than the current computer prepared classical wc format.

   May-08-23 Magnus Carlsen (replies)

zaxcvd: Actually if you look at the history of your games (at least on the browser) - you will find a few opponents who have some red circle icon - You hover over - it says Closed: fair play. You have to go back a few months many times since it takes long for them to actually ban someone ...
