Im a 17 years old boy from The Netherlands. Born in Turkey, 2 May 1989. I have learnt to play chess on the age of 6, and I started to play seriously since 2005. My play is intuitive, my style is attacking. The reason I picked up playing chess is: Competition. The urge to be better than my opponent. To outsmart them. As Fischer puts it; ''To crush the opponents mind''.
My two cents on becoming a better player; Play a lot, play against better players and lose a lot. Your natural urge will be activated, and before you know it, you will scourge for chess intelligence. You will look for openings, and memorize them while playing. You will be able to detect things in the middlegame. You execute tactical patterns on the chessboard according to the characteristics of the game. You will be obsessed in no-time. You will think about buying chessbooks. And after a year or two, you will be writing the same chessgames.com bio as me.
My rating is between 1200 and 1800, and when I have a big cup of coffee I can take on a 1850.

As Black: Sicilian Defence (Naj/Sch), Scandinavian Defence (Marshall Var.)
Likes: Knights, Openings, Tactical/Attacking middlegame, Traps and Sacrifices

A little scrapcorner for my games, dont bother to look.
