May-25-22 Gligoric vs Polugaevsky, 1965
|
cSete: Well Whitehat1963, it's 2022 and have you sussed it out? Same questions here, that sequence lost me. I will do a bit of old school digging, sans engine. |

May-28-21 R Nezhmetdinov vs Petrosian, 1954

May-18-21 Anand vs J Polgar, 2006
Feb-16-21 Karpov vs Huebner, 1980
|
cSete: To my COVID tournament, stalled, not quite CM mind it seemed like Huebner was going astray when he started picking up material. My Guess The Move game was planning the victory parade. Bled points like a stuck pig. An excellent game for me to study. Still SMH.... |

Oct-20-20 Karpov vs Spassky, 1979
|
cSete: While following this game in my patzer 1750 ELO head... I was thinking that Spassky was using a lot of resources to defend his IQP. In the meantime While Spassky was passive, Karpov was slowly maneuvering toward a win without too much worry. Just my simple thoughts. |

Jul-04-20 Karpov vs J Nogueiras, 1989
|
cSete: This game killed all MY illusions.
Couldn't even approach the defence Karpov displayed. Wow... |

May-24-20 Spassky vs Vasiukov, 1959
|
cSete: 26. Qxb6. Not rocket science, but I wasn't looking at the entire board and overlooked. Easy to get sidetracked... |
