   Feb-13-20 A Khasin vs Averbakh, 1961
thegoodanarchist: Is this just a bad game by Averbakh? I'm not a chess GM, but it sure looks to me like he just blundered a couple of pawns, and then fought on just to fight on.

thegoodanarchist: < morfishine: Well <thegoodanarchist> here's a news flash for you: We know Texas is #1 for cattle production. Which state is #2? ans: Florida >

Holy Cow! (pun intended) I learnt sumthin' knew today

Premium Chessgames Member
morfishine: Stop the presses: I re-checked the Florida cattle numbers and there are some qualifications: Florida's cattle industry is focused on breeding, then shipping calves out west for prime grazing into full fledged cattle. Over 800,000 calves are produced and shipped out annually. Over 1 million cattle are involved in this operation that uses approximately one half of all available Florida agricultural land

I think Florida is somewhere around 12th in supplying mature beef for consumption

Still, thats a lot of beef!

morfishine: Oh <thegoodanarchist> and a Merry Christmas to you!

I'll let you know how my grass fed Prime Rib roast turned out...smells great as I'm typing this!

Premium Chessgames Member
thegoodanarchist: <morf> thanks for finding fun facts of Florida's cattle industry.

My family's traditional main dish for Thanksgiving and Christmas is turkey. When I don't travel to spend those holidays with family, I always roast a Cornish Hen for the main dish.

It turned out great!

Premium Chessgames Member
morfishine: <thegoodanarchist> A few years ago, I went to Costco the day after Thanksgiving and saw the organic turkeys were on sale for half off (1 dollar per LB instead of 2). I couldn't resist so I bought a 12 pounder and squeezed it away in the freezer for Christmas

I'll never forget how absolutely delicious this turkey was: eons better than your standard ButterBall. It was so good

I tried the same trick at Costco the next year, but alas, I was told they had sold out before Thanksgiving

But this turkey was so good, I'd recommend paying the 2 dollars per LB, its that good and especially unique in its full, bird flavor

Dec-27-19  Carrots and Pizza: <the good anarchist>, I can't talk to you anymore at the other guy's forum, because he made it clear I am not welcome to post there. He greatly dislikes my viewpoint and has threatened to censor me over it, after much whining and snowflakey crying about it. If we wish to continue, perhaps we can do that here.

Now that you've compared MAGA to the SS, you are not welcome to post in my forum.

<pgp> was right about you:

<playground player: What bunk.

I will delete any further posts by <Carrots and Pizza>. He can't express himself without insulting others. Typical leftid.>
