WannaBe: Fillin' out my bracket, and I have Baylor v. Oregon in the West Final.

Watch as everyone go colour blind with the dueling neon green uniforms of the two schools.

I have Kansas v. Villanova in the South, Providence v. Xavier in the East, and Butler v. Utah in the Midwest.

WannaBe: Prof. Shapley have passed away, he was always an interesting figure at Math & Science Hall at UCLA

http://www.latimes.com/business/la-...

That photo could have been any day on campus, he's always dressed like that. Scruffy beard and all.

He also had a teaching position at Econ Department (Ralph Bunch Hall, if I remember correctly), even though he was a full tenured professor with the Mathematics Department.

Never had the pleasure or the smarts to take a class with him, wonder what it would have been like. I wonder if <NakoSonorense> took any class with him.

WannaBe: Light rain and drizzle here at NorCal, much welcomed, still. It will be clear next weekend when I make the semi-annual trip to Reno.

Be a quickie trip, Sunday and returning Monday. Play some baseball futures and paigow.

WannaBe: Have to decide between LendingClub (LC) or Bank of America, LC's option prices are more volatile.

Think I can do covered call with LC with June or May expiration and a quick in-n-out with it.

(I did the same thing about half a year ago, with the same stock, I am also a micro-lender on LendingClub, and kiva.org, too)

See how the market opens Monday.

WannaBe: Oops, LC only have April or July expiration on options, thinking of July expiration with strike price of $10.

WannaBe: Alright, did LC, was able to 'low-ball' this morning, and get the stock at $8.67 each, (it's now at 8.72) and sold CC for July 15 strike price $10.00 for 0.85 premium!

Wheeeee!!
