Though these conditions are rare, you will find amazingly long rides year-round even when Chicama’s sections do not all link together. The Point is the most famous, and gives riders a chance to play on waves nearly a mile long. The wave can be fast and hollow, so you’re not guaranteed to keep up with the face, but it sure is fun to try.
