She was an employee, not a patient. Because of racist, discriminatory hiring practices the employees at this VA are overwhelmingly black. They have a history of harassing and mistreating White patients. Apparently, they harass and mistreat what few White employees they have too. A common tactic is to lie about a White person to cause them problems. That's probably what happened here. |

In 2021 two Black Lives Matter activists adopted a three year old White girl named Victoria Rose Smith. They posted on the internet that Victoria was "racist." They physically abused her. Finally they beat the poor little girl to death. If the victim was black the media would have been screaming bloody murder! They'd still be talking about it. But because the victim was White it got relatively little coverage. |

Hence equity is not applied to White people. Non-whites have to be included in everything. But in today's political climate it's considered perfectly okay to exclude White people. Hence inclusion doesn't include them. |
