White men dominating the quarterback position is not the case anymore. There is a huge push to replace white quarterbacks with black quarterbacks. Inferior black quarterbacks are now given jobs over white men in both the college and pro ranks. The rules have been changed to accommodate quarterbacks who run the ball instead of passing it, which aids black players who are more likely to play that way.
