Played on the Monad system as a 14 round, 26 player event in Stockholm, Sweden which took place at the same time as the 7th Olympiad. Not to be confused with Game Collection: 1937 World (women) chess champ (Semmering match) in the same year. Vera Menchik scored 14-0 here much like Warsaw, 1935 (9-0), Folkestone, 1933 (14-0) and Prague, 1931 (8-0) (3).
