Trickiest Monday puzzles

For many years, <cg> has done a daily puzzle. The puzzles have gone from easiest, to hardest, with Monday being the easiest, and Sunday being the hardest, with the cycle starting all over again the next Monday. And it makes sense. Monday is many people's least favourite day of the week, so you want to be able to get off to a good start. You don't want to work extra hard to get a puzzle on Monday. (to be continued)
