Tim Harding, however, has found the match result +5-1=2 for Leonhardt in the 30 Jan. 1904 issue of the Field, with no mention of the other two games.

The first game of the return match between Mr. S. Passmore and Herr Leonhardt at the City of London Chess Club proved an interesting encounter, in which Mr. Passmore, having the first move, played the Ruy Lopez and secured a draw on the fifty-fourth move. Morning Post, 01.02.1904, p.4.
