FSR: Impressive game by Tartakower, toward the end of his life and in the infancy of the Smith-Morra Gambit's. His 8.Bf4! is considered best by Marc Esserman, who seems to think that he and GM Karsten Mueller independently discovered that move circa 2007! See <Mayhem in the Morra!>, p. 213. Nothing new under the sun and all that.
