Kibitzer's Corner
Dec-13-05  Gypsy: Bronstein claims that 'Sozin' was considered rather a dud, untill Boleslavsky played this game.
Dec-13-05  suenteus po 147: <Gypsy> Nice find! I imagine it was compelling evidence. Even Fischer picked it up! :)
Jun-27-14  jerseybob: But despite Boleslavsky's success here with the Sozin, the next year against the same opponent he used the Rossolimo attack, and lost! Go figure.
Apr-01-22  jerseybob: Revisiting this game, there's something I didn't notice in '14: look at that knight on a5 at game's end! Instead of 12..b5?! black needs either 12..Nc4 or Nxb3, probably the latter.
Mar-26-24  oscar86: Ponder on Fischer’s games. This maybe the source of ideas in his sicilian sozin games.....
