  tpstar: Good job, Black. Keep your cool, focus on smooth development, get a nice position, wait for the slip (10. Nbd2?) and pounce. Notice how Black dared White to try 3. Bxf6, knowing full well he wouldn't. But White should have played it out as a speculative exchange sacrifice, then nobody would have noticed. I believe this game represents ideal play against 1. b4.

Feb-16-05  schnarre: 4. b5 is a big mistake, but 10. Nbd2?? takes the cake. I've had better luck with 1. b4 than this.
