  Honza Cervenka: White won an exchange with extra Pawn in the opening but left the black with better development and powerful Bishop pair and did not manage to consolidate his position after that. 28...c2 29.Rc6 Rxf2 was probably more precise. Also 21...Qc6 could have been stronger than the text continuation.
