Ron: At the end of move 21, Black is up three pawns but his King is exposed. White's combination starts with 22. Rxd4! where 22. ... exd4 allows White to move 23. Qf4+ etc
Apr-03-08  dabearsrock1010: did black need to resign?
Apr-04-08  socnegoti: Usually when a 2674 rated player resigns there's a good reason.

After Kf8 or Kg8, comes 28. f6

Apr-04-08  JohnBoy: <Ron> - Black is up 3 pawns by move 16. That is when white trades off the minor pieces, forcing black to defend with queen alone.

Bu-ya indeed! GotD quality as one of my faves goes down hard.

Apr-05-08  anandrulez: Hi guys , whats ur comment about the game? The computer says 13.g4 is a reckless move and -2.0 ! what sort of a chineese opening prep is this ? The miniature in the end from Bu was nice but was the moves actually good quality ?
Apr-05-08  jonnymalk: Which computer? Sometimes its worth not playing a optimal engine move it creates complications and takes your oppo out of book.
Apr-05-08  computer chess guy: 16 .. ♘g4 looks better for Black than 16 .. ♘xd4.
Apr-14-08  Orlin Burov: Well done for Bu!
Apr-17-08  Zenchess: Bu turns back the clock here -- Petrosian was notorious for taking a lot of quick draws, but he was a totally different animal against the King's Indian; he was +33, -0, =17 playing the Saemsch. He was also +8 -0 =0 against Gilgoric playing this opening.
