perfidious: This game was adjudicated a draw, as Black died after playing his last move.
Feb-04-17  waustad: It seems ironic that the ad I got when I went to black's page was one about recognizing signs of a heart attack.

  Teyss: Hi perfidious,
Wow, strange. At least you were spared experiencing this live OTB as in today's GOTD.

I don't know correspondence rules, but shouldn't it be logical to be awarded 1-0 if there is a forfeit regardless of the cause? E.g. could be medical without decease.

Apr-08-24  Cassandro: Well, <Teyss> may have a point, but looking at the position it looks rather drawish. Black has the most dangerous pawns with his two connected outside passers, but White has the bishop pair, which should be sufficient compensation. And in any event I'm sure that <perfidious> wouldn't feel very comfortable with winning the game under such tragic circumstances anyway.
