  GrahamClayton: Vladimir Zbandutto (1904-1959) was from 1938 one of the major directors for correspondence chess tournaments in the USSR. Played in the unfinished 1940-1941 USSR CC championship, the 1948-1951 championship, and was then the arbiter for the 2nd and 3rd championships.
