Mar-12-17  hemy: Leon (Leonid) Pasternak, born 1851 in Odessa.
From 1892 to 1920 was a member of Zurich (Swiss) chess union. In 1897 became Swiss citizen.
From 1895 to 1897 participated in Swiss championships. He shared 3-5 in Lucerne 1896 and 8-9 in Aarau 1897. In International tournament Davos 1898 final group finished 3rd with 3/5. Passed away in Berlin in 1922.
