Jan-09-06  Endgame: Nice!
Jan-09-06  shr0pshire: <misguidedaggression> Wonderful game. By the looks of it you must be underrated. Congrats on the fine win, and I look forward to seeing more of your games and the scalps you have collected.
Jan-09-06  misguidedaggression: Thanks guys, I'm thinking of hitting the world open this year, but I don't think I'll play above U1800 so I can't ul the games. Maybe I'll just post some games here as regular kibitzes in the future.
Feb-10-06  chessmaster pro: <misguidedaggression> Congrats on that nice play.
Feb-14-06  midknightblue: So cool. I didn't know you had your own page

Feb-18-06  midknightblue: I knew about TPSTAR and a few others. so far I hae two games against masters with good results, but only one of them was an official uscf game, and that was mostly because the master made a mistake. If I get a good win or draw against a master, I will try to get my game posted (and likewise can throw in 1 or 2 of my many losses to much weaker players as well) but for now I will just enjoy seeing other people's games. I played my coach in a simul not too long ago. Lost pretty badly. I could post it, but I dont think anyone would care to see it, and probably my coach would prefer not to have his name up here, for more people too see what openings he plays.
Feb-18-06  misguidedaggression: <midknightblue> My game against Magar was a simul. Also, Chessgames probably won't mind the rating requirements not being met if it's an interesting, high quality game. Especially if there's an unexplored opening novalty (like Magar's 4.f3). And if a master doesn't make a mistake, how do you plan to beat him? All decisive games are usually the result of an error by the losing side.

p.s. did you see our little yak's milk/everest/abcpokerboy dishpanhands/thumb removal thread got deleted. :P Come on guys, it wasn't that off topic!

Feb-21-06  midknightblue: hello misguided (Philip). Enjoying Linares? There were two gruenfeld's in the first three rounds, so i enjoyed that part :) My real name is Bill by the way. Sorry to see our little virtual mount everest world go up in smoke. oh well.
Jul-18-06  A.Alekhine: <misguidedaggression> who is this Magar??
Dec-03-08  freeman8201: you responded to play ...g5 against the Colle system is sound. I play it if with starts the Colle. I don't have time to play d5 though. You want to play ...g5 before he castles so black my play Nf6; e6; c5; Qc7; then ;g5
