Russian Championship Higher League (Women) (2018)

The 68th Russian Women's Championship Higher League tournament was played in the Rachmaninoff Conference Hall of Ring Premier Hotel in Yaroslav, Russia, 26 June - 5 July 2018. Day of rest: 1 July. Time control: 90 minutes for 40 moves, 30 more minutes for the game, with 30 seconds per move added from move 1. No draw offers allowed prior to move 41. Total prize fund (Women and Open): 5 million rubles. Rounds started at 3 pm. Chief arbiter: Alexey Moskvin. The top 5 players would advance to the Superfinal.

Oksana Gritsayeva won with 7/9, ahead of Protopopova (2nd on tiebreak) and Bodnaruk (3rd). Galliamova (4th on tiebreak) and Tomilova (5th) also went to the Russian Championship Superfinal (Women) (2018).
