Kibitzer's Corner
Jul-06-10  hellopolgar: interesting how Nana Dzagnidze drew against all 3 Chinese players...
Jul-06-10  Blunderdome: Thanks for uploading the games, CG.
Jul-07-10  Chessforeva: 3D version: http://chessforeva.appspot.com/C0_p...
Jul-07-10  Don Cossacks: Tatiana won against all chinese players.
Jul-08-10  percyblakeney: Hou's failing to finish in the top five in a women's tournament will probably not happen too often again, and Chiburdanidze's going 0/5 against the top five is also surprising.
Jul-09-10  hellopolgar: it looks like that former world champion Yuhua Xu can be very successful sometimes (+5 at last GP in china Nanjing Women's FIDE Grand Prix (2009)) but also very unsuccessful otherwise(-3 here)...there is an old chinese saying “tian shi, di li, ren he”, roughly translating, the factors for success are time, place and people, if you look at the score table, all three chinese ladies managed very poorly (compared to their actual skill-level), i guess either jermuk isn't the right place, summer isn't a good time for chess, or the female players from other countries just suddenly got a lot better over night:P
Jul-12-10  achieve: <hellopolgar> LOL

Great post! :)

Jul-12-10  ycbaywtb: sometimes chess can be unpredictable, as in this tourney
Aug-01-10  whiteshark: It can't be helped! :D
