Chessgames.com Chess Event Description
22nd DSB Congress, Bad Oeynhausen (1922)

The 22 Congress of the Deutscher Schachbund.

The tournament was held in Bad Oeynhausen a spa town in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.

This was Post's second and consecutive win of the championship. Leonhardt had an upside-down tournament, winning against the top players but only scoring a half-point against the bottom four.

A tournament book was published in 1923, "Der 22. Kongress des Deutschen Schachbundes Oeynhausen 1922" by Juluis Dimer, Willi Schlage and Otto Zander.
