The Novotny theme

These are games featuring the rare and beautiful Novotny theme, the sacrifice of a piece at the intersection of two lines (e.g. a rank or file, and a diagonal), with the result that one of the opponent's defensive lines is blocked, often resulting in an immediate win for the player playing the Novotny move.
