5th Baltic Main tournament at Liepāja 1911. Welcoming on April 9 at 1100 in the Hotel St. Petersburg. As there were so many participants (16 in the Main, 4 in the Minor tournament) they decided to increase playing time per day from 8 to 9 hours. The number of prizes was incrased from 4 to 5. The arbiters were (decided by election): Freymann, Fu ckner, Lüth, Korn junior and Kubbel. There was also a rest day on April 17 with a banquet.* 1. Kubbel 12.0

Kubbel scored +10 -1 =4 (losing to Wait), Grünthal +9 -2 =4 and Oehrn +8 -1 =6.

The Minor tournament ended on Tuesday evening:
