Kibitzer's Corner
Sep-07-03  ughaibu: You dont see this line of Sicilian too often. White's kingside play is very amusing.
Mar-27-04  ArturoRivera: this sicilian made by white, its very wird to see beacause he will have to get the queen out very soon to regain the pawn or he will be compell to help a little bit blacks development, however, nice game anderssen!
Aug-13-06  GufeldStudent: This gambit was common 1800's theory. White just goes kamakazi against f7 mostly, I think.
Jan-28-08  just a kid: I had a friend play the morphy gambit against me (when I was a beginner)I declined it,and fell into a rook fork,and lost.Then I tried a French Defense,and lost a drawn game(Because of my stupidity)Finally I just played regular 1.e4 e5,and won in about 66 moves.(thanks to his doubled pawns)With a perfect 4 and 0 score I won the tournament,and my rating jumped from 1100 to 1269.
Jul-01-17  sudoplatov: I suppose von der Lasa didn't play Kieseritzky was was the lack of room to sign the score sheet.
Aug-17-20  schnarre: ...The sneaky Queen coming in the back door with support of the Bishops.
