Kibitzer's Corner
Apr-06-07  Ulhumbrus: The move 23 Rh1 !! begins a plan of attack upon, of all things, Black's g5 pawn. The plan is to play Rbg1,g4, Kf1 and then gxf5. Then on ...gxf5 the capture Bxe4 draws the other N on to e4. Upon the recapture...Nxe4 White plays f3, displacing the N which defends the g5 pawn, followed finally by Rxg5.
May-08-15  zanzibar: There are some subtleties after 23.Rbg1, e.g. my first inclination as Black would be to keep the K-side as closed as possible with 25...f4. Also, the engine likes 30...Rh5 better than 30...Rxe3.

But the real tragedy for Khan is that he walks his own King into danger by picking 31...Kg6 vs 31...Ke6, and then calmly heads straight to the buzz-saw with 32...Kg5.

I guess Khan missed the beautiful bishop zigzag maneuver (b4-d6-e5) reassigning the bishop from defense to attack.
