Dec-16-08  AlaskaksalA: Way to avoid the swindle after white's move 90.

White has a Superlaser after move 33.

I love the g-column after move 30.

⭐GAME OF THE MATCH⭐

I wish User: keg would be allowed to go <radio rental> about this game. But Mr Keg doesn't normally go this far back.

There is a good comment from User: AlaskaksalA. He says about this position.

30...Qg6!! The only way to win. The black king has to get out of check.
31. Rg5! This totally pins the black queen.

There has been a lot of activity on the g-file.

Later, White has a perpetual check.

63. Qc7!!= would have draw. It's a pretty obvious move.

Although I say it's the game of the match, it's really pretty garbage.

GrahamClayton: A titanic struggle which reflects well on both players. While Staunton has more than enough material compensation for his queen with rook, knight and bishop, he has to be careful not to allow Jaenisch to draw by perpetual check or win an unprotected piece by a fork or other tactics.
