An Englishman: Good Evening: Well done, <OhioChessFan>. And quite a good sacrifice by White, but can't help but wonder if he could have won quicker.

rodchuck: Why did black not play 19...e4?
After 20. Qe2 exd3 21. Qd2 Bxb2 22.Qxb2 Nf6 black has a comfortable position
May-23-18  ajile: 41..Qc1+ and 41..Qb1+ are both winning for Black.
May-23-18  goodevans: <ajile: 41..Qc1+ and 41..Qb1+ are both winning for Black.>

Black then followed up that missed opportunity with an even worse error the very next move. Relinquishing control of the e-file with <42...Qxd3?> was a dreadful mistake.

Yes Black should not have allowed White's queen back to the middle of the board. White's queen should have been keep trapped on the q-side and out of play.
