Kibitzer's Corner
Mar-26-17  paavoh: A powerful attack by Pyhälä in the Opening of the Day, with a very pleasing finish 37.-Nd2 (if Rook takes N, Re1+ and Rg1# follows)!
Nov-05-18  Saniyat24: Antti said, "You cannot take the knight Antti."
Nov-05-18  Saniyat24: 24...Bh3 is a very good move...!
Nov-05-18  Saniyat24: ...was under the circumstances
Nov-06-18  Saniyat24: Queen regained, match lost..
Nov-06-18  Autoreparaturwerkbau: <34.h4?> was a fatal mistake.

Almost any other move - for example <34.Qd4> - claims a dead draw, but with unnecessary opening of h-file white naively exposes himself for decisive infiltration of black forces in white's camp.

Aug-21-23  goodevans: I'm sure such a complex game will have been full of mistakes but none so bad as <34.h4??>. I imagine fatigue and possibly time pressure played a part in that. White will have realised the error of his ways as soon as Black played <34...Rf4>.

A hugely enjoyable game to play through, a lovely finish and a brilliantly apt pun.

Check It Out: I came for the Finnish finish and I was not disappointed by the fine finagled finesses.
