Kibitzer's Corner
Jan-23-12  Knight13: White's Closed Sicilian set-up causes trouble for him on the kingside attack. I would've played the Ne2 with a follow-up along the lines of g4, Ng3, f5, etc. The knight in this line is blocking his rook!

As for Black, I don't like his 11...Qa5 strategy. The traditional ...b5, ...Rb8 must be better.

Fusilli: <K> Frankly, I don't think I knew what I was doing. Didn't have experience facing the closed Sicilian. Ended up cramped.

At the end, he had about 1 minute left to reach the 40-move control, and was clearly better, so I made the "psychological" draw offer. I am pretty sure the last move was mine, but I guess I failed to write it down.
