WannaBe: Ivanchuk always start the game with one minute remaining on the clock.
Mar-19-13  boz: I think Carlsen is going for the win in every game from here on in.

HeMateMe: Revenge of Chuckie. White gets a win.
Mar-19-13  lost in space: Carlsen is much younger than Chucky, but look at the picture: 4 times older

moronovich: After the game Ivanchuk will share a sixpack. With himself.
Mar-19-13  SetNoEscapeOn: Why not 7 and 7?
Mar-19-13  whiteshark: From all the chess warriors which are loved by the Gods, I h8 him most.
Mar-19-13  kirchhoff: The game starts at 9 central time.
Mar-19-13  talisman: chuck, no scrambling this time like fran tarkeingTEN.
Mar-19-13  morfishine: Ivanchuk will spend 88 minutes on his first move, then blitz his way to victory
Mar-19-13  Marmot PFL: <lost in space> That's an old picture of Carlsen. he might have been about 12.
Mar-19-13  Strongest Force: Carlsen is more conservative with black than Fischer. Bobby would have a better chance at a 14 move win.
Mar-19-13  Strongest Force: Well, it would be 13 or 14.

WannaBe: Well, CG.com changed Carlsen's pic, now he looks 15!
Mar-19-13  Karposian: This will be interesting. Well, they start with sixteen pieces each, so anything can happen I guess ;)
Mar-19-13  Eyal: Head-to-head classical score: 8-2 to Carlsen (and 13 draws); 3 of Carlsen's wins were with Black. Ivanchuk's last win - in 2008.
Mar-20-13  Absentee: <WannaBe: Well, CG.com changed Carlsen's pic, now he looks 15!>

They should consider changing the one in his profile page, too. It's 5 years old (and rather ugly).

Mar-20-13  Meatwad: Which Ivanchuck shows up today? The loose cannon seen in the tournament so far or the destructive genius he can be? I expect very solid play from Carlsen and a draw, the real action may be in Kramnik-Aronian where Kramnik has his best chance to knock one of the leaders down a peg.
Mar-20-13  Wyatt Gwyon: Carlsen's under-bite will see him through.

Stonehenge: First day of spring and it's snowing here. Good weather to follow a game of chess, I guess.
Mar-20-13  Eisenheim: Carlsen's team told me they want to steer this into a nimzo-indian. Chucky, however, wants to wage an all out war and is going for the point
Mar-20-13  pmerrifield1: Am I the only one who is disappointed that Ivanchuck hasn't done better in this tournament? He can be good player when he is in right frame of mind and love to see challenge Anand for the championship.
Mar-20-13  Robin01: I expect 1.e4 from Chucky. I wonder how Carlsen will answer? Perhaps we see a Sicilian today!
Mar-20-13  chessdgc2: I certainly hope Carlsen does play the Sici, but Chukky is very good against it and it's likely Carlsen will want to keep things simple with Black
