  Open Defence: It is great to see Oro push for the win!

I am unsure what the time situation was but it seems White should have tried 65.Kg1 instead of 65.Kf3 and then playing Ra4 to keep the Black King back. For example:

65.Kg1 Ne3 66.Ra4

I think White should hold comfortably

and if 65.Rb1+ then 66.Kg2 encouraging repetition
