Feb-04-05  Knight13: These in-between moves are beautiful.

If: 42...f3+ 44. Kf2 Kf4 45. Kf1 Ke3 46. Ke1 and it's a draw.

Good game.

<If: 42...f3+ 44. Kf2 Kf4 45. Kf1 Ke3 46. Ke1 and it's a draw.> How is it a draw after then 46...Kd3 47. Kf2 Kxc4 48. Kxf3 Kd3 queening the c-pawn? White's counterattack with 49. Kf4 looks way too slow.
Feb-04-05  Knight13: <beatgiant> Hey, man. I was too fucused on the f4 pawn, you know. I would've seen your idea if I looked at the whole board carefully.
Feb-14-05  InspiredByMorphy: 6.Bc4 was an easy enough mistake to make. Black could have played 6. ...Nxe4 now instead of a move later. I think better would have been 6.Bg5 and if ...Nxe4 7.Bxe7 Nxc3 8.Bxd8 Nxd1 9.Bxc7 and the bishop escapes while blacks knight is trapped. Therefore maybe something like 6.Bg5 O-O 7.Bxf6 Bxf6 8.Bc4 would have been better.
