Kibitzer's Corner
Dec-29-06  Karpova: Fine vs H Evans, 1944

Aug-05-07  Cactus: The should be a draw, shouldn't it? Look at moves 31-35.
Aug-05-07  Peter Johnson Ng: White had defended well for a hard earn draw.
Feb-02-08  Jesspatrick: The position was repeated during moves 31-35, but neither player cared to claim the draw. Bogoljubov probably had enough of an advantage to win this until he played the inexplicable 27...b5

I'd say Bogo was among the top 10 in the world at the time, too. Right up there with Lasker, Alekhine, Nimzovich, and Capablanca.

May-31-10  Wyatt Gwyon: Great game.
