Kibitzer's Corner
Jun-13-06  Runemaster: A nice fluent game by Eliskases against the ex World Champion.

The concluding 50...Rc5+ is neat. the 'a' pawn will queen next move.

whiteshark: If I recall it right it was <39.Rg5> that should have hold the game.

Feb-12-13  Eduardo Bermudez: Eliskases learned very well the basics of classical chess school, in this game shows us his refined technique at the endings !!

Mateo: A beautiful Rook ending, like in the game Keres-Eliskases played in the same tournament (in both games, Eliskases had two connected passed pawns). It is clear that 39.Rg7? is losing. 39.Rf4 or 39.Rg5 are unclear.
Jul-25-15  amaurobius: <Mateo> In the (drawn) Keres-Eliskases game you refer to, Keres was the one with two connected passed pawns.

As you say, two beautiful rook endings.
