Honza Cervenka: Games like this one can serve even today as a blueprint for white how to treat Closed RL.
Aug-29-07  Marmot PFL: Black seems lost after 26...Qb6? Reshevsky was already in time trouble (as usual) but 26...Rc3 keeps black alive.
Dec-01-09  Dr. Siggy: Against the Ruy Lopez, the Chigorin Defense in its original form (8... Na4 9. Bc2 c5 10. d4 Qc7) is very seldom used nowadays because of 11. a4!, most successfully employed by Keres in this remarkable game against Reshevsky. After White's a-pawn thrust, the only playable move for Black seems to be Tartakower's forgotten recommendation: 11... Ra7 - but I don't know if it was ever played on board, at least at top level.
