  GrahamClayton: I think this game is featured in Wolfgang Heidenfeld's book "Draw!".

Rossetto has to settle for a perpetual check with 17.♕h6+, due to 16.♗h6+ ♖h6 17.♕h6 ♗b4+ and 18...♕g7.
