Kibitzer's Corner
Nov-13-04  sourcerer: mwana wedu wevhu rezimbabwe iyeyu GO GWAZE
Nov-13-04  Lawrence: Sounds like Shona for "That's our boy!"
Nov-15-04  sourcerer: yep!! so we got more shona fluent kibitzers (cool)
Nov-15-04  Lawrence: Don't know a word of Shona but amazing what you can find with Google.
Nov-17-04  sourcerer: so tell me more .what's your native ,why kibitz on gwaze, etc
Nov-17-04  Lawrence: <sourcerer>, really it's just my interest in languages. Thought that one was Swahili at first.
Nov-18-04  sourcerer: exellent calcus by gwaze allowing Qxf2? like that?!
Nov-18-04  Lawrence: <sourcer>, dunno, <Junior 8> reckons that Black would have been fine with 12.....Bd6, so maybe <Gwaze> was lucky.
Nov-26-04  sourcerer: what luck?????? ,u anti gwaze or something
Nov-26-04  Lawrence: What I'm saying is that his calculation wasn't all that hot because is would have failed against 12.....Bd6. So Gwaze was lucky that Lyell didn't see that move.
Jan-06-05  sourcerer: so u saying gwaze might have lost if lyell had played accurately
Jan-06-05  Lawrence: Exactly.
Jan-07-05  Shams: <Lawrence> not being able to use the Ben Franklin avatar hurt -- but now I see you are a CANADIAN???? Ooohhh... ;)
Jan-07-05  Lawrence: <Shams>, yep, from the Great Pacific Southwest......Vancouver, not far from your beautiful Puget Sound. There have been cases where 2 people used the same avatar, but it's not very satisfactory.
Jan-07-05  Shams: agreed. and, I`m happy with the shrek donkey. besides, Vancouver and Barcelona are two of my favorite cities, and anyone who likes Franklin is ok in my book. A great American!!
Apr-10-05  chessdrummer: Gwaze is a fine talent.
