  sleepyirv: A player must have a lot of faith in his defensive ability to play 7.exf7+ It seems especially foolhardy coming from a Grandmaster. While it might be with tempo, the open lines demand quick punishment, as <whiteshark> points out.
Mar-19-18  takchess: In Smerdon's book game 10 a3 is also met
with Rxe3! 10 a3 Rxe3! 11 Kxe3 Qe7+ ? 12
Kf2 Re8 13 g3? Qe3+ 14 Kg2 Be1! then mating net.
Mar-20-18  takchess: 14...be1+ and 16...bc2 are two beautiful moves.
